dr ahmed very nice cases. how do you get the iris hook to attach to the CTS? i find this very tricky. in the second case it seems that the hook was pointed down whereas in the first it was pointed up. do you use a micro forcep to route the iris hook into the CTS? thanks again for your hard work to get this device FDA approved so we can use for our complicated cases. tom o
