Brunescent Cataract with Capsular Rent and Silicone Oil

A brunescent cataract in a 70-year-old eye with silicone oil and other complications. Viscoat (Alcon, Fort Worth, TX) protected the eye during the extraction and kept the silicone oil in the posterior capsule until the IOL could be placed.
